Website payments terms and Conditions

Delivery – Orders are dispatched within seven business days. Our products are distributed from a number of supplier locations so orders may arrive separately.

Postage and Handling – SIDS and Kids WA Shop Online charges a flat rate of $12 for 1-3 items; $20 for 4-6 items; and $30 for 7-9 items for Australia-wide delivery. SIDS and Kids WA does not send internationally.

Change of Mind – SIDS and Kids WA Shop Online does not refund and/or exchange should you simply change your mind.

Faulty Goods – SIDS and Kids Shop Online takes great care to ensure your purchase is received in good order and without any faults. Should you receive goods that are faulty SIDS and Kids WA Shop Online will exchange your purchase and/or provide you with a refund. Any costs incurred in returning the faulty goods will be the responsibility of SIDS and Kids WA Shop Online. You must notify us within five working days of receipt of your purchase if the goods are faulty.

Exchange Policy – SIDS and Kids Shop Online takes great care to ensure your purchase is despatched correctly. However, should we have made a mistake with your order we will gladly exchange it. Any postage and handling expenses incurred with the exchange will be the responsibility of SIDS and Kids WA Shop Online.

Other Information - Refunds can only be made by the original payment method, and in the case of credit cards only back to the original card. Refunds can take up to three business days to be returned to your account.

Security - This website does not process or hold your credit card information - all processing is done via a secure encrypted connection to Westpac Bank Australia payment page.

Note on returns - Items for return should be kept in a smoke-free environment as returns will be refused on items that are returned smelling of tobacco smoke.
